How to Order a Bespoke Piece

    Please include the maximum amount of information possible. Helpful things to remember are:

    • Sketches (no matter how rough. Megan loves sketches. And measurements.)

    • Quantity

    • Delivery date

    • Inspiration imagery / moodboards

    The more information you can provide at this point; the faster it will be to reach the exciting production stage.

  • Megan will suggest the optimal structures and materials for your project.

    This may involve the preparation of physical samples to be sent to you in order for you to see and feel the materials for yourself.

    Details such as the position, colour and size of your logo are decided at this stage. You will need to provide a high resolution black and white .pdf file of your logo for this process.

  • When you are happy with the details of the design, Megan will send an invoice.

    A deposit payment of at least 50% is required to add your project to Megan’s schedule and for Megan to begin working on your items.

  • Megan will order the required materials immediately when receiving your deposit and will begin work on your project.

  • Megan will wrap and pack your items with utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

    Overnight deliveries are possible to most areas in the UK.

  • You happily receive your new items.

    The remaining balance from your invoice is now due.
